Tartar cuisine
Elżbieta Muchla, lives with her family in Suchowola. She manages the Muslim Pilgrim House. She likes to tell about fate of Tartars in Poland, especially those living in Suchowola. Preparing Tartar dishes is her passion. Her guests can try delicious kalduny, pierekaczewniks, kartoflaniks, sytas (a drink from honey and lemon), and above all else: czabureki with meat, apple or cheese and halva (sweet dessert).
