0,0 The trail starts on the coach stop Osowiec – Twierdza on the road Osowiec Twierdza – Goniądz, leads along the gravel road going by the Fortress’ moat.
1,1 Osowiec – Twierdza train station .
1,2 Military Unit in the Museum of Osowiec Fortress.
1,3 Education and Management Centre of Biebrza National Park.
2,5 Road junction – the trail goes right.
3,4 The bridge on the Biebrza river.
3,7 Military shelter of Zarzeczny Fort, on the junction – left turn.
4,1 On the left approach to the observation tower (on the nature trail of the Field Education Centre).
5,3 Crossing with the Białystok – Ełk road (footbridges start from here), the trail turns right and before the bridge on the Rudka Canal turns right again into a dirt road leading up the Rudka Canal.

14,7 Crossing with an asphalt road, the trail turns right in the direction of Przechody village.
15,8 The edge of the Przechody village, on the right access to a bike trail from Osowiec Fortress to Grajewo.

22,1 A crossing of unpaved roads – the trail leans straight on along meadows and bushes.
22,5 Road junction, the trail turns right.
22,7 Zygzak forest wilderness preserve – on the crossroads the trail leads straight on and then turns left.
24,0 Approach to the red walking trail Ruda – Goniądz, on the road junction the trail turns right and goes together with the red trail along the dried part of Ełk river bed.
25,3 Road junction – our trail turns left, to the footbridge on the Ełk river, enters the borders of Biebrza National Park – turn left after the bridge. Red trail leads to a hill of former Dębiec settlement.
26,9 On the crossroads the trail turns right, (road straight ahead leads to the “Otoczne” forest).
27,5 Road turns right before a drainage ditch. 200 meters farther on the road turns left and goes along the drainage ditch.
29,3 A left turn to a footbridge on the weir on the drainage ditch leading to the Ełk village. The trail leads along the bushed trench in the direction of “Brzeziny Ciszewskie” forest complex.
29,5 Before the drainage ditch surrounding “Brzeziny Ciszewskie”, the trail turns right and goes along the “winter” road, crosses the trench, turn left and leads between the edge of the forest complex and meadows to the first bend of the Jerzgnia river.
29,9 Nearly a hour-long part of the trail goes along the edge of the “Brzeziny Ciszewskie” forest complex and the meandering Jerzgnia river – through the open terrain of mowed meadows.
33,1 Crossing with road to Ciszewo next to a BNP board, the trail turns right.
33,4 Bridge on the Jegrznia river, right after the bridge, on a triangular junction the trail turns left and leads along the unpaved road among meadows up the Jerzgnia river.
36,4 Wooden road bridge on the Jerzgnia river, the trail crosses the bridge, leaves the Biebrza National Park and enters a gravel road going towards the Kuligi village.
37,6 First building in the Kuligi village located on a glade near the Jerzgnia river.
38,3 Road junction (road left leads to Ciszewo village) – the trail goes straight ahead.
38,5 Road junction near Kuligi village, the end of the trail and starting point of the yellow walking trail. A dam.
